Ordering

  • We don’t believe in having a minimum. We think everybody should have as little or lot of ZAFFRE at their event!

  • Rental orders canceled at least 30 days prior to the event will forfeit your 50% deposit. Rental orders canceled less than 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

  • We recommend that you contact our Linen Concierge. They will be happy to assist you in selecting the correct linen size.

    Also feel free to use our Recommended Linen Size Guide, a handy online guide that will help you with all your size options.

  • We will do our very best to accommodate your changes. Any changes that are made 14 days prior to your shipping date will be subject to a rush fee.

  • Our standard rental period is 5 days. After 5 days, a late fee will apply.

Design Services

  • Absolutely, we offer White Glove Service. Let us provide you with a quote today!

  • Our Set & Strike Crew can come on site to set the linens prior to your event and strike the linens after your event events. Let us provide you with a quote today!

  • Absolutely! We will have your napkins folded and ready to go so that you don’t have to. Let us provide you with a quote today!

Samples

  • Certainly. A deposit will be required for the sample, which upon its return and confirmation of your order, will be credited for your invoice.

  • Yes, we offer up to 5 complimentary swatches and they will be mailed to you via standard USPS. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Pricing

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • A 50% deposit of the invoice amount is required to secure the order. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the shipping date.

Transportation

  • Our trucking fee varies depending on distance. Please contact us for an estimate.

  • Yes! We ship nationwide.
