We don’t believe in having a minimum. We think everybody should have as little or lot of ZAFFRE at their event!

Rental orders canceled at least 30 days prior to the event will forfeit your 50% deposit. Rental orders canceled less than 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

We recommend that you contact our Linen Concierge. They will be happy to assist you in selecting the correct linen size.
Also feel free to use our Recommended Linen Size Guide, a handy online guide that will help you with all your size options.

We will do our very best to accommodate your changes. Any changes that are made 14 days prior to your shipping date will be subject to a rush fee.

Our standard rental period is 5 days. After 5 days, a late fee will apply.

Certainly. A deposit will be required for the sample, which upon its return and confirmation of your order, will be credited for your invoice.

Yes, we offer up to 5 complimentary swatches and they will be mailed to you via standard USPS. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

A 50% deposit of the invoice amount is required to secure the order. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the shipping date.
